Warm Up Routine

This basic warm up routine is a great way to start every practice session. It will help you get focussed, centred and ready for a productive session. 

You can spend just 10mins on it or 10hours. It is up to you. Just make sure all the patterns are relaxed, precise and with a clear and even tone. It must be metronomically accurate at every tempo.
